Rail-Free Wire Rope Winch Casting Machine

Product introduction

1. This casting machine adopts a rail-free steel wire rope winch structure. The complete supply package encompasses the winch unit (including winding drum, speed reducer, pulley sets, steel wire ropes and other supporting components), sinking tank, wellhead support frame, tilting device, hydraulic cylinder assembly, hydraulic power unit and electrical control system.

2. The maximum operating stroke of the winch exceeds 12 meters. It is designed with a single winding drum matched with four steel wire ropes. The equipment drum is manufactured through assembly welding and precision processing using Φ219 seamless steel pipes with a wall thickness of 30mm. It is equipped with 100-meter-long Φ16mm special multi-strand full steel core steel wire ropes for hoisting, and all fasteners for wire rope length adjustment adopt stainless steel bolts. The casting machine can withstand a maximum load of 18 tons under high water level working conditions. The supporting motor is rated at 5.5kW, with a 200mm center distance for the worm gear reducer and 500mm center distance for the gear reducer.

3. The wellhead frame is fabricated from 250×100×10 square steel tubes and 25mm thick steel plates. Four main pulley groups of the winch are integrated and installed on the wellhead frame, all of which adopt a dual-bearing structural design with 6210 model bearings. The tilting base and tilting arm assembly are fixedly mounted on the frame structure. A 5-inch water inlet connector is stably installed on the wellhead frame for cooling water access.
